Shipping time
We are working hard to fulfill your order and we strive to process your order and ship it out sooner. However, in rare cases, it may take longer.
Within the US: Printed products typically arrive within 10 days, while embroidered products arrive within 1-2 weeks. Free shipping is available for orders over $100.
Outside the US: Printed products usually arrive within 1-2 weeks, while embroidered products arrive within 2-3 weeks. Once your order has been produced and is ready for pickup by the shipping carrier, you will receive a tracking number via the email used to place your order. This tracking number allows you to monitor the progress of your delivery.
Please note that if your order includes both printed and embroidered products, you will receive two separate packages with two tracking numbers, and they will be delivered at different times.
Wrong address or change address within (12hours)
At Roiandrow, we take great care to inspect our products thoroughly before packaging and handing them over to our shipping partners. Our products are made-to-order, tailored specifically to each customer’s preferences. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the issue is a result of our error.
We kindly ask for your understanding and urge you to review your order details carefully before making a purchase. In the event that you accidentally order the wrong item, please contact us within 12 hours via Instagram @roiandrow for assistance. If you receive a defective/wrong item, please notify us via Instagram @roiandrow within 24 hours of receiving the item and provide images showing the defects. We will then provide appropriate compensation policies for you.
Delayed/Lost Orders
To help resolve this situation, we kindly recommend taking the following steps: – Check with your neighbors and family members to see if they received the package on your behalf. – Review your CCTV footage to verify the delivery or any unusual activities around your property. – Visit your nearest post office to inquire about the package’s status.
